Welcome to my little corner of the (fermented) world! I’m a mom to twin boys—they run the sampling and quality control department —a gut health enthusiast, and a firm believer that good food should love you back. My journey into fermentation started with a simple goal: to help my family thrive. Along the way, I fell in love with the benefits of probiotics and the power of real, nourishing food. Now, I’m on a mission to help others fill their plates (and their bellies) with the best that nature has to offer- everyone deserves nourishing food.

I believe there’s always something to celebrate—big or small. Whether it’s a big milestone, a new day, a perfectly bubbly sourdough starter, or just the simple joy of gathering around the table together, life is meant to be enjoyed. My love for my Creator and the incredible foods He’s given us fuels everything I do. Food was designed to nourish, restore, and bring people together, and I love to help others rediscover that.

That’s why I create a variety of lacto-fermented vegetables, sauces, dressings, condiments, and long-fermented sourdough pasta in flavors and cuts that’ll make your taste buds want to do the Cotton Eyed Joe. Whether you’re new to fermented foods or a seasoned pro(biotic), I’ve got something to help you keep your gut—and your family—happy.

When I’m not up to my elbows in sourdough or kraut, you’ll probably find me running a marathon, kicking around a soccer ball, hunting, homeschooling using the Montessori method, reading a Bob Goff book (again) or hiking with my boys. Adventures are usually fueled by a shot of espresso(or 7). I’m also passionate about Signs of the Word, a project where I interpret the Bible into American Sign Language—combining my love for ASL with the truth of God word.
